The Fitness Trainers Course is designed to equip aspiring instructors with skills, knowledge and confidence to lead safe, engaging and effective Group & Personal exercise classes.
Core Topics You'll Learn
- Basic anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics.
- Principles of group and 1 : 1 training and workout design.
- Verbal and Non-Verbal cueing techniques (applicable only for group)
- Music selection and integration for class flow.
- Motivation strategies and positive coaching.
- Safety guidelines and injury prevention.
Special Focus Areas
- Adapting exercises for different fitness levels and special population. Also giving proper progression for the selected exercises.
- Managing group dynamics and creating an inclusive environment.
- Class structure for different formats like Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Dance fitness, Yoga, Pilates , Functional Traning etc.
Practical Training
- Hands on experience leading a variety of class styles.
- Real time feedback and peer practice session.
Career Opportunities
- Teach in gyms, studios, wellness centres, Corporate programs and community organizations.
- Preparation for professional certification exams. (if applicable)
